Mobile Post-chippers -Efficient Bark Processing-Mobile post-chippers (M/RMV) by Rudnick & Enners resize e.g. pre-broken waste wood, green refuse or bark and produce interesting recycling products. There are nearly no limits of utilisation for bark products: Humus, fertiliser, substitute for torf, bark litter is used to cover motorway sides, bark mulch serves to transport nutrients into the soil. Bark briquettes are very much sought for due to their high calorific power.
Our post-chippers are very robust and of low maintenance. The double effect of ""disposal + processing"" provides a particularly high profitability. The mobile processing plants are completed by the possibilty to mount / integrate disk screens, conveyor belts, screw feeders or a hydraulic feed channel. The most important plant functions are controlled by remote control e.g. from the wheel loader. Crusher equipment for the post-chipping of pre-broken waste weood (0-250 mm) to a granule size of 0-60 mm. Permanent bearing lubrication.
