-Revolutionary innovation in mobile waste wood processing-
What we have so far been producing for stationary plants is now, due to the newly developed mobile technology, also available for decentralised places of operation. The machines have been designed to produce recyclable products from waste wood.
The waste wood is processed in a combined plant consisting of a robust preliminary breaker and a post-chipping mill for fine unraveling.
Technical Specification:
Based on the technology of the slow-running two-shaft system Type RE-SRV which has been proven in stationary use, the mobile version is characterised by its high variablitity. Driven by a Diesel engine of 350 KW, the machine forms a compact unit together with a hydraulically tiltable feed funnel and the integrated discharge system with magnetic separator. Thy bulky waste wood fed by wheel loader are in the 1st stage reduced to a size of 0 - 200 mm and hence significantly reduced in volume.
In order to provide the further conditions for a modern use and produce valuable raw material from bulky waste, a 2nd resizing stage is required.
This is realised by a high-end mill adapted to the volume flow of the preliminary breaker. The heart of the machine is a robust vertical mill with a rotor power of 214 kW. Thanks to the diesel-hydraulic drive concepts, the combinations of preliminary chippers and post-chippers can be used as a mobile processing plant independent of the location. The material flow already reduced in volume coming from the preliminary breaker is reduced to a granule size of 0– 60 mm. The machine is highly insensitive against foreign matter. After the 2nd resizing stage, the processed volume flow is discharged via the conveyor belt (tiltable for transport) in containers or outdoor storage areas.
A professional wireless remote control enables the user-friendly one person operation of the machine.
The treated material can be further processed for material or energetic purposes, e.g. in the particle board industry. An energetic use as replacement fuel for conventional fossile energy carriers in industrial firing plants is equally possible.
