Chain Floor Conveyor

-Bunkers for Recyclable Treatment-

Recyclable treatment plants require a high-end recycling technology adapted to the local conditions. Regardless of the process, taking hold of the delivered material is the first central component of each plant, which is decisive for the operating safety and processing speed. Feed bunkers of the series RE-KB contain an integrated distortion and decompaction unit. The distortion and decompaction unit serves to dose the charging material into the downstream processing line.

Depending on the purpose, bunker systems by Rudnick & Enners are equipped with chain or discharging plate conveyors. According to the model, the charging is done directly from the truck or by aid of a wheel loader. Combined with a waste air system, emission-reducing measures can be realised at low costs.
