We have been building resizing machines for the wood industry for decades. Our plants have internationally become a synonym for high performance and quality. In every detail of our designs we are striving for profitability, safety and service-friendliness.
For chipboard producers, the pulp and paper industry, wood chips are an important and high-quality raw material. For modern incineration plants, wood chips are a welcome fuel of high calorific power. Wood chips are easy to store and can be easily transported.
Technical Specification:
The material to be chipped is fed via specially toothed feed rollers. The roller surfaces are tempered which ensures a long serviceable life. The feed rollers are driven by powerful slip-on bevel gear mechanisms. The chopping blades are adjusted by aid of an adjusting gauge, outside of the machine and therefore very comfortably. The counter blade can be retracted easily and fast at the side of the machine. All four edges of the blade can be used and the blade can be machined for re-utilisation. The retracted post-chipping screen and the rigid blade beam provide for homogenous chipped matter.

Trunk Wood Feed
Machines from a feed height of 120 mm on are additionally equipped with a driven rake roller which serves to prevent jams of short material between machine entry and feed unit. The rotor entirely made of massive steel runs in spherical roller bearings whose steel housings are centered in the machine stand. The feed rollers with the hydraulic system ensure the trouble-free feed of all kinds and shapes of wood. The chopping blade can be easily changed by automatic lifting of the blade clamping plates. The clamping plates do not need to be removed for a change of the chopping blade.
