Profitable processing of biomass
The Rudnick & Enners waste manager serves to resize biomass originating from the wood industry. This machine processes massive waste wood as well as bark and pallet waste. Currently unused and difficult to dispose of raw material e.g. stored in round wood storage places can now be profitably processed. The development of biomass plants and the increasing need of raw material provide interesting sales perspectives in this field. In 2005, Rudnick & Enners newly and specially designed the waste manager for this need - with the aim of developing a robust, uncomplicated and cost-efficient machine for the above mentioned requirements.
Compared to conventional systems, the waste manager offers the following advantages:
 Supply by wheel loader for both mixed feed and monofractions.
Overload protection at the counterbeam for the protection against foreign objects.
Simple and cost-efficient resizing tools, arranged offset on the rotor surface.
High throughput at low investment costs.
High-volume feed which does not require the otherwise necessary feed rollers.
Adjustment of the required grain size by changeable screening segments.
