The company Rudnick und Enners introduced a quality management system in 1999 and is certified acc. to DIN EN ISO 9001/9002 with the certificate of the QGM Qualitäts- und Gütegesellschaft Mittelrhein mbH.

1. Purpose

This process instruction describes the fixed quality aims and the quality program of the company Rudnick & Enners GmbH, D-57642 Alpenrod.

2. General Quality Aims

The general quality aims of the company Firma Rudnick & Enners GmbH are based on the principle of the continuous improvement of company organisation, processes, products and services.

In order to reach these general quality aims, the following principles are established and maintained:

- The management maintains a close and cooperative dialogue with our clients and coworkers.

- We traditionally feel obliged to the quality of our products and services, to environment and nature.

- Due to close contact with our customers and a continuously improving customer satisfaction, we win our customers over for a long time.

- With a high degree of further training for our employees we face the growing quality requirements of our customers.

- The specified requirements of our clients and the law shall be fulfilled as far as possible under consideration of technical and commercial aspects.

The implementation of the quality aims and company principles lays in the hands of the department heads of all departments taking part in the business activities.

3. Checking and Adapting Quality Aims

The general quality aims and our quality program are checked in an annual evaluation by the management with regard to their degree of fulfilment and, if necessary, are adapted or modified.
