Conveyor belts and troughed belts for all bulk goods

Rudnick & Enners offers various belt conveyors in the form of abrasive belts, troughed belts and roller belts – adapted to the specific requirements.

We meet the high material requirements of bulk good transport by using high-quality components and by ensuring high quality in our manufacturing process. The results are reliable high-performance conveyor solutions which are designed for a smooth long-term operation, operating with minimal energy requirements.

For transport belts with abrasive belts, the belt runs in the forward direction on a continuous steel sheet floor. Special low-friction belts ensure low-wear and energy-saving transport.

For troughed belts and roller belts, the belt runs either fully or partly on rollers in forward or return motion.

All belt conveyors are available with special equipment such as: explosion protection equipment, feed monitoring, hydraulic tensioning device, wiper, scraper, emergency pull rope, as well as belts with various profiling. The choice for a transport belt depends, amongst others, on the transported material and possible inclinations of the belt conveyor.

As an option, the belt conveyors can also be arranged on rails or equipped with a plough scraper. Thus, the belt conveyors can be used to reach variable discharge points or for material distribution, for example in storage boxes.
