HYDRAULIC PUSH FLOOR SYSTEMS
For automated box discharge of sawdust, wood chips, bark or processed reclaimed wood.Depending on the task, push floor systems from Rudnick & Enners are designed in pulling as well as pushing design and are available in different performance ranges. Wheel loader access to the push floor is possible, depending on the box design. The carriers of the push floor systems move over the concrete floor via steel rails which are encased in concrete. The racks of the push floor are moved forward and backward via a two-way hydraulic cylinder. Due to the special construction of the carriers, the material is transported in the direction of the discharge opening.
MOVING-FLOOR SYSTEMS
High throughput rates at low energy input! Moving floor systems by Rudnick & Enners are designed as a modular system and can be placed in pits (underground) or on a flat base plate (without pits, without steel inserts). The moving floor systems are constructed according to the individual requirements in terms of size, throughput rate and placement. They are used for the transport and storage of various bulk goods.High throughput rate at low energy input!
Lifting and lowering conveyor
For automated box infeed and discharge – with high filling volume at the same time. The system operates both as a distribution system when loading the box, and as a discharge system when emptying the box. Due to the excellent utilization of the storage volume and the high loading height, it is possible to achieve large storage capacities at the same time as energy-efficient loading and unloading.
Bottom chain scrapers
Bottom chain scrapers by Rudnick & Enners are used for the feeding and dosing of different bulk goods. The bottom chain scraper can be constructed with chains or as a slat conveyor system, depending on the installation site. The size and discharge capacity can be adjusted to the planned application.
VIBRATING TABLES AND VIBRATING DOSING SYSTEMS
Vibrating dosing systems and vibrating tables by Rudnick & Enners are used for the dosed transport of various materials. In addition to bulk goods, it is also possible to transport lumpy materials such as slabs, chips, cross-cuts, scrap wood and others. The systems operate as vibrating conveyors.Vibrating tables of the type RE-VRT are mainly used for the transport of board segments and similar.
Vibrating dosing systems of the type RE-VRD have a heavier construction and are therefore designed for heavy cross-cuts and others (also for the loading of wheel loaders).
